"I hired Benn to put in some terracing along the back of our cabin where there is a steep slope and we had been dealing with erosion. He spent two days on the project and now we have a great 4-foot wide gravel walkway that has also taken care of our erosion issues. All communication was done in a timely way and they worked to keep the scheduled dates (even with some weather issues leading up to them) because it is a rental property and we had blocked off those days well in advance. Very happy overall!"

Today we have only 2 employees to maintain quality workmanship with great detail. We serve many realty companies, estates, and bed and breakfast operations in the Asheville area.

"Travis did an excellent job sealing off a square opening in fireplace that was originally for power and cable outlets. Replaced stacked stone facade to blend seamlessly with surrounding stone. He and his crew were professional, friendly, on time and efficient. Repair was priced very fairly."

Carolina Ductmasters cleans and services both residential and commercial air ducts, as well as dryer vents, exhaust vents, and fireplace/chimney cleaning. We are also (available for air duct inspections and repairs, dryer vent inspections and repairs, & wood burning fireplace/chimney inspections and repairs. WE DO NOT SERVICE ANY GAS UNITS OR GAS LOGS}. Our Company has been in operation and servicing the entire Southeast through our offices in Asheville/Western North Carolina, NC and Greenville/Spartanburg SC since August 1997. We are committed to providing the highest quality service. Carolina Ductmasters is fully licensed, insured and bondable. We are member of the Local and National Homebuilders Association, Angie’s List Super Service Award Winner, Elite Service Professionals with HomeAdvisor, and A+ rated with the BBB and we are compliant with all NADCA guidelines, training and certifications.

"It went awefull. When they showed up I asked if they would remove all the ducts to clean each one. They said it was to hard to remove them and they didn't. I asked well how are you going to make sure each one is clean, and he said they would be cleaned from the air intake location, all the way to the wall grate. After they left a friend removed the grates from the ducts to expose the ducts and they were absolutly not cleaned at all, they are filthy, full of visible and touchable dirt. I have a respiratory issue and this is the reason why I hired a professional to clean ducts. The worker offered to use the chemical. I asked if it had an oder and he said it smelled like bleach and I declined that service. It would have been stupid to spray that inside filthy ducts and claim they are clean. Furthermore I was told on the phone that an industrial vaccume would be used off the vehicle. When workers came they said they would not use that, and instead used a shop vaccume which was inadequate, since I can see the ducks are not cleaned at all. Additionally I was overcharged for the ( lack of) service grossly. I now have the information of a duck cleaner in my condos neighborhood who does the job for $200, including ALL vents. I was charged 300 and They didn't even clean my dryer duct, which should have been part of the duck cleaning job. I want a full refund. Additionally, the one worker smelled like beer and left his drill here which I still have. I do not want to deal with this substandard company again if at all possible."
