He recommended an appropriate size of air conditioner, removed an existing window, built a frame for the unit and installed it. Additionally, he provided a description the work to be done to satisfy the requirements of the condominium association. His solution saved me a considerable amount of money. I recently contacted Mr. Wake for an estimate on a repair. He was knowledgeable and honest and provided some very helpful information regarding the work to be done.
