"The job was to hand grind and flatten an 18 x 5 cement kitchen floor which was terribly installed wavy and bumpy by another contractor. The goal was vinyl plank which requires totally flat. Anderson is a skilled and friendly guy. But he told us with great confidence on Tuesday that he could do the job for us - no problem it's going to be great. On Wednesday when work started, turns out it as not as easy as planned and getting a flat floor won't be possible, due to issues he should have known about on Tuesday such as lack of aggregate. Admittedly, smoothing out wavy concrete is not an easy job, but this was knowable Tuesday and should not have been sold with such confidence. He also did not carry out all the cement dust generated. Had I asked I'm sure he would have, but just as a cleanup note. In summary, I enjoyed working with Anderson and he knows what he's doing, but be sure the job is doable first."

He is professional, started the job on the day he told us, arriving promptly at the time he said to expect him. He assisted us with the selection of materials when we were unsure. Once the work was started, he and his crew were efficient, hardworking, polite, and did a phenomenal job on the stairs. In addition, he repaired part of our walkway. He left the area neat when completed and we could not be happier with the workmanship or the results."

They returned my call right away to schedule a time to come out to do an estimate. The quote came in shortly after. The owners are highly communicative, which is great because you know when they are coming out and you can get in touch with them very quickly. They show up when they say they will. They charge what they say. They are going to charge you. Their work is beautiful. Even though we hired them just to put in a concrete pad for a hot tub on a pre-existing deck, they took the time to clean the entire deck, and even re-leveled some of the stones. It was amazing. It was like the whole deck was brand new. At our previous home we definitely had our fair share of terrible contractors.
