I have alot of experience in building, construction, electrical, fencing, home repairs, etc. There is no job too small. I charge by the hour with a two hour minimum. "I would leave 0 stars if possible. Greg showed up, told me what he thought needed to be done, and disregarded my concerns about the main issue being a leak coming from my water heater. He talked down to me as if I were stupid and also didn’t fix the main issue of water squirting out of our water heater and causing water build up/damage in our home, though he did fix the lesser issue regarding our water pressure. He also did random unauthorized jobs throughout the house without asking during my absence and then charged $1200 for his “services.” He refused to send an itemized invoice. My water heater was still actively shooting water out of a valve when he left. A few days later our water pressure went out again. When I called to ask him about his replacing the water pressure regulator, he said “I never did that and I wouldn’t have told you I did that so I don’t even know where you would come up with that. Maybe some other company talked to you about that.” So he either lied to me about work that he never actually did (but charged me for), or he is lying now."

"It started great but once I told him I was selling the house he stopped coming. I had to call him to get him to come. I asked him to fix the sprinklers and area of the drip system and it took him over a month to do it and the sprinklers did not work properly. He charged me $290 for fixing the sprinklers and and cutting the grass (cutting the grass was $50 a week). So I paid $240 for the sprinklers. They still did not work. I asked him to come and fix them and he did not. Then I asked him to fix the sprinklers or give me my money back. He still has not called me back. Guess I am out the money. What's worse, the people that looked at my house said they liked the house but it needed TLC. How embarrassing!!! My yard looks terrible. I waited too long and gave him too many opportunities. He is not shy about charging, I just wish he had done the work and let me yard look so bad."
