Every board needing support and repair is back in place and level and strong. We are so impressed by the detail and accuracy. It is so appreciated. The quality and workmanship 100% beautiful. We are asking them back to build new safer deck stairs to replace our old ones as soon as they can schedule us. We hope its soon. Can't wait to enjoy them again and their results. "We tore down our attach garage and rebuilt it with a 2 story 600 square foot studio on top. We chose Todd after researching architects and other subcontractors because we had used him previously to install skylights, patio, porch, driveway. The addition was a long project, taking more than a year. Todd was diligent about getting city permits and then flexible about work order changes, all of which resulted in the project costing a lot more than expected. His crews do really good work and clean up each night. He uses trusted subcontractors for all work except actual building, carpentry, tile, general work. Costs of appliances, shades, spiral staircase, flooring, paint/painting, tiles, etc. were not included in original bid so are extra time and money which was stressful. End result is lovely and I would use Todd again."

"After a number of discussions & estimates with different roofing companies we chose Pressure Point. We did not select the roofing company advised by USAA. Matt Stone of Pressure Point was the most knowledgeable and answered all my questions in keeping with what I had learned in my intense self-taught knowledge about roofing. We also had 6 sky lights that were over 35 years old & needed to be replaced as well. And given that the house was built in 1980, we also replaced all the gutters and downspouts. I am a very critical person. My occupation is a scientist involved with leading edge cancer research. I am used to analyzing situations & coming up with solutions. Rarely do I glibly give any person or company an A rating. Matt and the entire crew at Pressure Point were outstanding in all aspects of their work, from A to Z. Wood rot was removed & replaced. The old roof tiles were quickly disposed of. No mess or bother on my part. New underlayment was installed & Decra stone covered metal roofing was used (rusticoclay style). Pressure Point also replaced a huge beam supporting our car port that had undergone wood rot. Everything that was done, was done right. The price below includes new roof, new skylights (some solar powered with shades) and new gutters as well as replacement of a huge 25 foot long massive beam in the car port."
