"As the consumer, the project went exceptionally well. I believe that Tyler encountered some deep concrete post foundations that he had to dig up. Then he had to use even more concrete than expected to secure the new posts. He also had to work around a small wire that was buried for the Invisible Fence. With at least 5 posts replacements, he did not damage the wire. The deck repair could not have gone smoother despite the inconsistent sizing of the screw heads. Tyler was very tolerant of my mother's dog that seems very aggressive but actually has an anxiety disorder. He also was very thoughtful and considerate in regard to my mother's particular requests. We have discussed future projects with Tyler. <br />"
