"I highly recommend Stephen Arthur Concrete for any concrete repairs that you may be in need of. My dealings with Stephen were completely pleasant through the entire process. In my experience, this cannot always be said with contractors. I was impressed with Stephen’s prompt response when I first contacted him about the concrete repair that I needed done at my new home. He came soon after to look at the project and explain all that was happening with the problem. (The previous owners covered the problem up and left it to me to solve). Stephen also got me a quote quickly. I can’t emphasize how important this was to me as I was getting several quotes and other contractors just did not operate this promptly or efficiently. Stephen’s prices were completely fair for the work that had to be done. Even though it wasn’t a huge job it was still costly due to the nature of concrete work. He stayed in contact with me and when a cancellation happened on his end, called me and got my project on his schedule earlier than anticipated. I so appreciated that! And the work…. Excellent! It took the course of a week to do but each day that the crew worked on the project they cleaned up thoroughly after. My new front porch looks so good and Stephen Arthur Concrete kept it within the design integrity of the house. "Tim and his father did a great job replacing a couple squares of sidewalk at our home that were done improperly by a different contractor. They got me an estimate and fit me in their schedule quickly, all while doing the work the right way at a fair cost. I would definitely ask them to do additional work in the future and recommend them if you need concrete or masonry work as well. They are also licensed in Columbus and insured. Before hiring any vendor to do work at your home, I highly recommend you verify both of those things. I came across a number of other concrete vendors who did not have either or both of those documents and some were less than forthcoming about it."

"We are so pleased with our brand new driveway. It had potholes, was unlevel, and a lot of grass growing in the cracks. We have a long driveway so we knew we would need a lot done to it and that it was going to cost a bunch. We had David DePaso from All Surface Pro, Inc. out in the summer of 2019 to give us an estimate. We also received two other estimates. David’s estimates were at least $10,000 less expensive and his method did not include ripping out the entire driveway and starting over. This is what others wanted to do. He said that he could use the base, and then build on top to raise up the entire driveway so that water could properly flow off. Very professional team and the owner was right there working just as hard as everyone else. We did most of the communication via email which works great with our schedule. He came out this summer 2020 and kept to his dollar estimate that he gave us a year ago. He came on the exact week he promised a couple of months ago and kept me posted on status of his arrival based on his schedule. I highly recommend David and his team at All Surface Pro – as I have been telling our neighbors when they come back and say they want his name."

"Ron, the owner gave us an estimate and called with a proposed date to complete the project.  He did not ask for any deposit and said we could pay him when we were satisfied with the job.  On the first day they removed the old patio using a bobcat with a hydraulic hammer.  I told him that I didn't want the yard damaged so he said that he would bring the bobcat in the yard only one time and he kept his word.  The bobcat didn't do any damage.  They hauled the broken concrete through the garage utility door using a wheelbarrow.. The next day they formed the new patio and verified with my wife that they design was satisfactory.  Due to the extreme heat they decided to pour the concrete the following morning to assure a quality result.  The next day they poured the concrete using wheelbarrows.  After the concrete partially dried they applied a powder and used stamp pads and formed the design in the concrete.  Stamping concrete is a very messy job and the powder is very dusty.  The following day they came back to clean and seal the stamped concrete.  I was impressed with their knowledge of the business, their attention to detail (not damaging my yard) and their willingness to work in extreme heat.  . They were also careful to clean the house, driveway and the area at the end of each day and upon completion of the job.   "
