"Each year, Steve improves upon his services and reaches out to customers for feedback. We've been honest with our feedback each year and he's always made adjustments and explained changes year over year. As for service, being repeat customers, we've come to rely on Steve's services and quality of the work. This past summer was fairly dry so there wasn't a need to mow the lawn each week. As such, Steve performed other duties such as weeding and shrubbery trimming, which was a nice surprise. We have always found the best value in the spring and fall cleanup session. The amount of time and work Steve saves us is huge. Normally it takes us 1-2 weekends per season (or more) to catch up with the work, but Steve will conquer it in just a few hours. The fall cleanup consists of multiple visits to catch the various stages of leaf fall. By the time the end of the season rolls around (late November), our yard is just about leafless and prepped for the winter."

"I got all perturbed with them in the fall for the lease pickup because they didn't pick them up until right before Christmas and by that time the lease was frozen to the ground and so it took about three times as long they had originally estimated. It was over $2000 when they had estimated which was about $700 or maybe $500 so that's why I stopped using them, I was please with them up until then as a mowing service and spring clean up. They were responding all the time until it came to the lease pick up. I don't know many times I called about that. When it came to mowing, they were here when they said they were going to be. I would use them for mowing but not for a special job."
