"Technician repaired issue with generator. However, apparently, since I wore a mask when he came into my house to test it (as I should during a freaking pandemic), that makes me "scared" of COVID. The unprofessional little *@?# doesn't know my situation of having to take care of elderly in-laws, which means I have to be extra careful. He wrote on the work order to send me the bill because I was "scared of COVID." This shows a failing on multiple employees, as I'm sure that the person sending invoices is not the same person doing service calls. Additionally, I sent the copy of the work order in with my payment asking if they thought that was a proper way to treat customers. I did not receive a reply, but they cashed my check. So, I have my answer and they have their review. Looks like I will be giving the Generator Pros at Shepp Electric my business going forward. Too bad, I planned to do a 22kw replacement next year too. Also, one of their techs was very condescending to my wife on a previous occasion. So much so that she refused to deal with them."

"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

"I needed an electrician to install my Tesla wall charger. Clover charged me $79 for an estimate. Any research will tell you that wall charger installation is between $500-$2000 with the high-end for adding a subpanel or new breaker panel. My installation didn't need either of those. Their "estimate" was for a ridiculous $3457. They made no attempt to justify the cost or give a breakdown of materials and labor. To top it off, the person who came to my house had the audacity to say they were only going to make 5% on the job. At that point he lost what little credibility he had left. I got a quote from another company (SkyCharge Energy), who I ultimately went with, for the same job items for $1,095. They talk about a "5-star" experience, I choked at having to just give them one star. I am thrilled with the work that SkyCharge did, which was honest and did an incredible job. I'm glad I avoided Clover. I recommend you avoid Clover at all costs."

"SpecialScapes recently installed a new paver patio in our backyard and we couldn't have been more happy with the experience we had with Jay and his team! Jay came out a few times before starting the project and always spent time with us going over design ideas and options which we really appreciated. The ended up removing our old wooden deck and replacing it with a much larger (600 sq ft) two level paver patio and built in fire pit. His team was very professional and friendly and even got the job done earlier than we expected! The final patio is amazing and exactly what we were hoping for! They even filled in the dirt around the patio and laid down grass seeds which I did not expect. We were very impressed by how efficient and hard working his team was while they were here. We would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for patio/deck work!"
