"Long story short. The young man that cleaned my exterior window was on time and courteous. The windows he cleaned were done well. However, He broke one of my windows while cleaning - the window fell into the room and the interior pane was shattered. He assured me he had spoken with the office and they would take care of the repair. I spoke with the office and they also assured me this would be taken care of - They sent a glass repair man to the house he provided a quote upon hearing the price of the repair I was told by the receptionist that they would be sending another company out for a price comparison. Since then I have not heard from anyone in the company. I have left several messages and never receive a return call. I called the glass repair man and he contacted Streak Free windows. The informed him they would NOT be assuming responsibility for making the repair. This is really sad considering they told the young man at the time of the incident that this would be taken care of and not to worry. Unfortunately, I paid for the service when it was rendered in good faith that it would be repaired as I was told."

"Our kitchen floor is a mess. After the initial installation. all the tiles shifted. The installer removed the whole floor and reinstalled. When asked about using spacers, the installer said he just eyeballs it. We now have grout lines that are 1/8", 1/4" and corners that do not match. Recently the grout began to crumble. Chad from Calcutta came out and promised to send someone out to repair when they got the grout color in stock. Well, we never heard anything. It's been about 4 months. I hate my kitchen floor. It is so hard to clean. Wish I would have gone with sheet vinyl. On a better note, the rest of the downstairs got vinyl plank and it looks very nice."

"Service was fine. My house was washed. A year and a half later charged $200 because I didn't do more business with them. Had a tech out too as they continuously called me to schedule service making me believe had purchased an annual power wash. Guy came out said it was just a sales call so I sent him away. If I'd been informed while he was here that it I didn't act before a certain date I would be charged I would've been able to make a more educated decision."

They moved everything for us, always cleaned up after themselves and even picked up and returned flooring for me. James goes an extra 10 miles to make everything is as perfect as possible. He even corrected little things he found along the way that he didn't need to and any other Company would have charged me for. The flooring turned out beautiful and I love walking into every room and noticing the little details that James made sure he added or corrected. "From the initial request for service back in October till completion required some "encouragement" on my part, but they finally got the roof leak done in one day, in April. Clean-up was good--a few nails in the grass that caught my eye. Roof has been through a long stint of rain and drizzle, but no leaks! Have yet to surveil the results myself, but happy so far."
