"Creighton called me within minutes of requesting a bid, and communication was excellent during the whole project. I live 90 minutes away from the job location, but he sent me regular updates to keep me up to speed. The crew showed up on time. They were organized and efficient, respectful of the tenants of the house and their possessions, and they worked extremely hard. The roof and gutters now look like they did when they were new. Most impressive of all, though my roof was in much worse shape than anticipated, with years of built up grime, and although the estimated 3 hour job turned out to be a 10 hour job, Creighton stuck with his bid. Nevertheless, the quality of the work was so good I felt like I had to pay them a fair price, and I still feel like I got a bargain. Unfortunately I've given FREE estimates in the past for these jobs, only to have the homeowner ONLY use me long enough to get the money from the insurance company & I never hear from them again. This is not new to me. Also, I believe in 'honesty'. If you ask me to quote you for a job, that I am NOT completely comfortable with, I will be honest & tell you I'm not skilled in that area. But I will be happy to help you find someone who is, & someone you can trust, @ NO Charge to you. I do all the work myself, I'm not an owner that goes out, gives you an estimate & then sends a crew of men to do the job. I do it myself. I rarely have the need to use an outside "subcontractor". If I do have that need, you will know first.
