With rain in the forecast for the next several days, I make a desperate phone call to Bonafide Roofing Sunday morning, I expect no return call until Monday. He arrived at 3:45 PM, met me with a smile, handshake and a business card. He removed his shoes, came into the house and I showed him the problem. He was on the roof and zeroed in on the problem in minutes. He performed the repair on the spot, quickly and efficiently and put everything back together as it originally was. It started raining shortly after William left - but we were nice and dry :) The following day I receive a phone call to make sure the repair held ... He didn't even take advantage of the weekend / urgency! solid, honest and good old fashioned quality service."
