"David McLaughlin and his workers were very good at creating a back yard for us with paver patio and walkway. one thing I appreciated is that David took the time to listen to our vision for creating a back yard space that compliments the lake view. He did a rendering and it was far more beautiful than we expected. We had Custom Landscapes install an above ground pool and loved his idea to build a deck around the oval pool. We appreciate Dave's communication when a product was delayed or we had weather related issues he would let us know. And then, if desired, we'll nearly manage the property as well (everything except sign leases) - and that is how we provide "Property Management at Property Maintenance Prices." Yes! We serve residential customers also where they may just need one Elf to do a specific "magical" repair or new installation.

The contractor contacted me promptly, followed with an onsite visit and same day estimate. I determined to consider options of pursuing the projects in 2024 or Spring of 2025 over 3 months, finally agreeing to complete in October of 2024. Once the contract was approved and signed the craftsman arrived for overview of the project and arranged to begin promptly advising me of an expected time frame for completion, considering weather and season of this year.
