"I am pleased with the work that was done. The stamped concrete slab looks great and is an excellent patio we start enjoying. Here are some details of the overall work: Due to high demand my work was scheduled 6 weeks ahead from the initial quote. The work started with only 1 day delay from the initial schedule. If you think that the weather have an big impact on concrete jobs only 1 day delay on scheduling 6 weeks out is fantastic! Any questions I had were responded in 1 day max. Team was professional, the work was done in a timely matter with no disruption to our schedule as we are working from home. Workers started early (about 7 am) and I was notified about the schedule ahead of time. The site was left clean as agreed with the company. Few team members did finishing jobs (water, clean and seal) in days after the concrete was poured. Hardly noticed their presence. I had 3 other quotes from companies from our area and this one was almost the lowest. I wish I had done the work few years ago."

"We contacted Molnar Construction for an estimate on our master suite addition to our house. At first, they were very professional, punctual, and responsive. They came out and took a look at what we were looking to have done, and said they would get an estimate written up. We waited. No estimate arrived. We called, but there was no answer. Left a message, but they left us hanging. It has been several months now, and we still never received an estimate, or even any contact to let us know they were no longer interested in the job. Seemed like a good company at first, we wish we could have worked with them."

"From July last year it didn't get completed until January of this year. The good part was that he always would follow up with my questions. There were no communication issues. Communication was always open. The negative side was, of course, timeline delays. I hear that happens quite often in the construction industry. I knew that during that time, supposedly, there was a labor shortage on those who could actually do construction. He sub-contracts some elements of the work. But, overall, he had been pretty forthright and willing to work with me. He did take off a couple of thousand dollars on the total estimate because of the delays. He didn't expect me to kind of just languish with the bill because of those delays. Overall, I was pretty pleased. There aren't a lot of people who own up to that sort of a thing these days. It's good that he was one of those people. He is a very likable personality. He does some work hands-on himself. He even lets clients assist at times and will take some labor cost off if the client is assisting with certain tasks. He was just here to do the very final step on the barn. There was this one element that was waiting on me to complete an aspect of it. I finished that and then he came in a week later and worked with me to install a chimney on it for a wood fired evaporator. He came in and we got it done within two days. It's operational now. I could have got it done for less. I know they had higher ratings and the quality of the work that was done is pretty good."

"The job was completed in two pours. The first was the 40' by 60' slab inside the pole barn area which included wire mesh. It was hand troweled and then finished with two power trowels. The finish and attention to detail was great. This floor also had a drain which Regional pitched and installed correctly. The second pour was a 10' by 60' and 10' by 14' aprons on the outside of the building. These were hand finished with the correct pitch to run water away from the building. The crews returned a few days later to saw cut the slabs. All of the saw cuts were clean and straight. The Regional crew was very professional and knew concrete. These jobs were poured in November and in cold weather and some rain. The crews were responsive to the weather and used insulated tarps on the finished slabs to protect them from the elements. I would use Regional again."

"Ron was very responsive from the time I inquired and throughout the job. He came the day after I first inquired to leave me a bid. I didn't even need to be there, just described the work I was looking to have done. This is valuable to me, as a lot of time can be burned up meeting with contractors, supervising them, etc. Working folks will appreciate that Ron and his crew come and do their work without you having to be there, and that the end result is as good as if you were there looking over their shoulder. Ron's bid was very good and we accepted it. He said he had some jobs ahead of us, and it would be a couple of weeks before he could start, which was fine and expected. However, due to a holdup with another job, he was able to start the next week! We were so pleased that he was able to start so quickly. The job took a week, with one day off due to rain. They came each day the weather allowed them to, and steady progress was made each day. Communication was great throughout the process. We are very happy with the end result and the upgrade to our home! We would recommend Ron and Gustum Enterprises to anyone looking for quality concrete work at an affordable price."

"Better than expected. It's a very long driveway and had numerous cracks and some moss growth. This was the only company that suggested power washing to get it completely clear of moss before sealing and that would guarantee their work. They showed up on time, did very good work. There were a couple of minor cracks that they missed and they came right back to do them, no arguments. Very pleasant doing business with them."
