It was very easy to obtain an estimate from Chad, and we worked with his office manager, Becki, to coordinate the details. We let them know what we wanted done and that we were in no hurry — scheduling the work 4 to 6 weeks out was perfectly fine. Four homes on our cul-de-sac coordinated together for various tree projects. Some had trees removed with firewood left behind and stacked neatly, while others requested all debris to be hauled away and shredded for mulch. Chad arrived with a professional crew of about nine people who worked hard for roughly four and a half hours. They removed eight trees, trimmed six more, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you’d never know they had been there. The price was extremely reasonable, especially compared to similar work I’ve had done in the past. The team operated safely and efficiently, with three climbers carefully topping and lowering trees to avoid any damage to nearby trees, our deck, or neighboring properties. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He knew exactly how to trim each tree — whether lightly or more moderately — and happily handled a few additional requests we made on the day of the job. All four homeowners were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Artistic Touch Tree Service to anyone. We already plan to have them back next year to trim our ornamental trees. "Timbers pros came to our home to remove a very large Maple tree, that was probably 60 to70 feet high. They worked really hard . They took the tree and the stump , brought in dirt covered the area,with dirt and sewed grass seed. They treated our property as if it was their own, and when they left you hardly knew they were there. Five stars for the work they did at a reasonable price."

"I had a large tree that had just gotten too big, was too close to the house and was starting to lean toward the house. I also had concerns that my air conditioning unit sat under the tree on that side of the house. I really didn’t want a bucket truck driving up in this location either. I was referred to Jimmy by a friend he had done some tree work for, so I gave him a call. He answered his phone right away and then came out to the house within a few days to give me a quote. Very reasonable – better than his competitors. Jimmy and his crew did an excellent job taking the tree down. They were very careful not to damage the house or anything else around the tree. They also trimmed up a large tree that had grown into the power lines that run up to our house. Jimmy also got up on the roof and blew all of the debris from the tree off the roof and cleaned out the gutters - an above and beyond service that I did not expect, but greatly appreciated. Once the tree was down. I requested that they leave the firewood for me – not a problem and they stacked it nicely. The rest of the debris was chipped up and hauled away. They used a leaf blower to totally clean up the yard and driveway and even blew the dust off of our vehicles. Jimmy was very courteous and very conscious of his customer, their property and their need. He and his crew did a great job. He is busy, so be aware that it may take a few days before he can schedule your job, but he will get it done and get it done right. He told me a week or two because the weather hadn’t been cooperating and it had set his schedule behind a bit, but as soon as the weather cleared, he was there – actually took less than a week. They arrived, did the job, cleaned up and were on their way. I would definitely recommend Jimmy’s Tree Service and do plan to use them in the future."
