There was no extra charge for a "Platinum" lifetime warranty that covers both materials and workmanship. The workmanship portion of the warranty extends to 25 years, far longer than the workmanship warranty offered by other contractors. Site supervisor Al took care to ensure that bad decking and fascia wood discovered in the tear-off of old roofing was removed and replaced.
