We actually already had the electricians here to do their part but ended up cancelling the whole project and will instead be cleaning the soffits. Based off of this interaction, if/when we are in need of some roof work, I will definitely be calling this company."

"Ed responded the Thursday night that I emailed, and said that he would try to stop by the next day. He came the next day and spent about an hour inspecting possible problems then coming up with a creative solution to the problem. His foreman Marcos came Monday morning and removed the old small flashing that I had installed years ago and created a new custom flashing that was fitted neatly into seven different three foot sections that make up the sunrooms roof. This was all securely caulked and it looks great. We've had a decent windy rain storm, a snow that lasted four days on the roof, and then, another sizable very windy rain storm and everything is completely dry. Ed and Marcos did a great job. They were both very friendly, they knew their stuff. I would highly recommend them to anyone. One more thing: they fixed a vent pipe boot on the front of the house that was unrelated to the leak, probably preventing future problems."

"Very impressed with responsiveness, professionalism, technology, and value provided by Gunner Roofing. The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."

"Bob from Roof Masters reached out within minutes of me requesting a contractor from Angie's List. I was able to schedule an appointment with him within only a few days after our first conversation. During our initial meeting, Bob listened very patiently as we explained what our roof and gutter needs were. He then explained in great detail the products that Roof Masters offered. He stayed until late in the evening patiently answering all of our questions. He explained step by step how the installation would take place. He and his crew arrived right on time the day of the installation. When Bob arrived, he made sure to introduce me to his job foreman in case I should have any question during the process. His crew was very helpful when my family members needed to leave the house while the project was in full swing. They made sure to personally escort each member out of the house safely. His entire crew was friendly. Afterwards his crew cleaned up all areas around the outside of my home. They only thing that was left behind was a new beautiful roof, which was completed in one day as promised. I would recommend Bob and his crew to anyone needing a new roof. p.s. Due to the weather, our gutter and gutter guards were completed a few days later. That project went very well."

Very honest - said roof will last a few more years (house built in 1998, so roof is 19 years old), but needed repair. Came back within a week, repaired roof and no more leak !! "First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."
