Always pleasant and personable, when working he was all business. A one man operation, he did the bulk of his prep work at his shop offsite with finishing/installation onsite. Given the size of the job, the amount of time Mr. Keith allocated to the effort and most importantly the results, we found his price to be entirely reasonable. Terms were 50% at start which included the cost of materials and the balance on satisfactory completion.
