"Robert was very competent. I had 2 machines with the same problem, the water will not drain. One of the machines also made a sound when spinning. Robert went to this machine and did a diagnostic test for spin cycle and said that the bearings are going and it's not worth to repair it. This saved us lots of $$ to spend on a new machine. For the 2nd machine, he opened it up and soon after found an electrical problem. The wires were disconnected. Even though both washing machines had the same exact problem, Robert solved them differently and was done within an hour. Robert responded on the same day and very fast to my text. I text at ~10:20 am. He got to my house ~2:30 pm and was done within an hour. He's price is also worth it for the kind of service."
