They removed about a dozen marked trees, cleared brush, removed pine litter, ground stumps, and pruned branches overhanging the 3-story roof. The only reasons they did not earn 5-stars are that one marked tree was overlooked (the ribbon was obscured by foliage) and one raked pile was forgotten in the rear of the property.
