"Project was under estimated due to not evaluating the weight and thickness of existing pad. Subcontractor (uncle) with heavier proper equipment did a good job of demolition. Stamped concrete pad turned out just great. Cleanup and debris removal was incomplete even after five days and two additional telephone calls. Owner finished setting and securing roof support posts in new concrete pad, hauling some additional debris away and backfilling walk and pad edges with clean dirt. I would use them again but not submit final pay until project was inspected and found complete."
