They trimmed up the tree in the back yard exactly how we had envisioned it. The workers were nice. There are only 2 complaints I have about the entire process. The stump for the largest tree was not removed in its entirety and there is a small section slightly above ground. I didn't notice right away due to the wood fragments on area. There was also trash left in yard."
