He advised us to buy a new ceiling fan so that just in case it was the fixture itself that wasn't working he could install it while he was here. I was hoping to just get the 1 light fixed in time for Christmas Eve and he was able to fix the 3 outlets that weren't working as well. He did all of it within an hour and we were even able to return the new ceiling fan as it was not needed. Very pleased with his professionalism, responsiveness and service. The alarm is working fine and working correctly.  <br /> <br /> Any problem I had I called customer support and they walked me thru the steps. It was a great price for a home security system. Then for $37 a month, you spend that much on beer for a weekend. I have nothing to complain about so far. It appears to be top notch. The software updated as soon as I turned it on. It was pretty easy and I think anybody would be able to set it up. I activated it and the tech support was great. They were very polite and cordial on the phone.  <br /> <br /> Very professional. It's a fair price for a fair deal. As far as I am concerned it is a great product and the tech support was great. There isn't any place else you can get this good of a security system for this price.  <br /> <br />"

"They were pretty good.  I thought that they were a little expensive.  That was what they quoted me and I took quote.  It took a longer than I thought.  I understood that there was something going on with some of the people that were working for them.  I had a lot of plans and the work was done in the fall.  I called them two weeks ago for the spring cleanup.  I never got a call back.  I know that I dialed the right number because it was answered by the person who handles their stuff.  But that doesn’t mean that I won't call them back.  I was just surprised by that.  They worked hard when they were here.  They had some good suggestions and they followed my instructions.  They did fine.  I don’t have anything to compare their price to."
