"Hired Next Generation Lawn Care, operated by John Rio out of Jordon NY, to take down 13 trees, remove from property, grind 4 stumps and cut remaining stumps to ground level. Work started on November 16, 2020. As of December 11 all of the trees were down but removal from property and stump work were left to be done. John Rio was paid in full for the job with the promise that remaining work would be completed by the end of the year. As of November 11, 2021 the job has still not been completed. There are many tree branches that still need to be removed from the property and the stump work remains to be completed. In addition, one of the trees fell across the driveway onto the front yard causing damage to the lawn. John agreed that he would make full repairs on the lawn. Repair of the lawn was never done and had to be completed by me. John has made serval promises on when the job would be completed. None of the promises have been kept. I have called John several times, but my voice mail messages go un-answered. I would not recommend hiring Next Generation Lawn care for any type of tree removal work. Their price quoted was very reasonable, but they are very unreliable, have poor communications, and do not follow through on promises to complete the job."
