"Most definitely the best contractor experience I have had ! My wife and I met this team at the Worcester Home Show and were immediately impressed with the display. They literally had the exhibit built of stone. What a job that must have been to get that set up and then taken down. We discussed what we were looking for and were provided lots of good information to chew on. We got a few quotes for the job and I will be honest, Leone was not the cheapest . I had 2 other quotes that were cheaper but here is what Leone WAS..easy to deal with. Kevin came out and spent a half hour taking measurements and speaking with me about the project and answered all of my questions. Now lets add Covid into this..Kevin kept in good contact with me the entire time up until the Monday he started the job. His crew arrived Monday and on time and dove right in, even moving something for my neighbor. Throughout the week his crew arrived on time and put in full days to say the least. Left the job LATE on Friday and except for a dirt smudge in my driveway and some reseeded grass, you would never know they were here. I had one item that needed attention after a couple of weeks and when I texted Kevin, he advised me he would take care of it, and did right away. Cant say enough good as its hard to find "good" people that aren't just looking for the quick check and move on..he met me at the suppliers before the project to pick out the materials I liked and kept me informed all along the way.Came in right on point with the original quote he gave me. Like I said, BEST experience I have had. Highly recommended and I will certainly be using again. I hope he continues that approach at the shows as that was one of the reasons I choose to work with him. You put that much work in there, imagine what the job will look like. He specifically told me they would put the screens back in. Now I need to find someone to fix what they did not complete. He did offer to come back but he can?t give me a day or time because he is too busy. He did after a bunch of back and forth agree to credit me 20%. It will cost me more to get the job done correctly. We are very disappointed. They seem like nice guys but they lack customers service skills."
