"I received a mailing listing the lawn treatment service they offered. I had some questions which they were able to answer before I signed up. They were out to my house for the first lawn treatment 2 days after I signed up. The service man was professional and offered tips to help improve my lawn. Due to the weeds already established, he was upfront that I may not notice full results until next year, after a full growing cycle. So I won't know about the quality of service for some time. I hope to update my review as time progresses. <br />"

"I have had multiple problems with my lawn since I purchased my home in 2010 (dead spots, improper grading/drainage). Though I employed another service to grade and install Zoysia sod, problems continued and worsened after the ice storm. I like that I receive an email and written copy of the personal treatment by the technician who treats my yard. It's not a lot of technical stuff, but a description that one would have in a conversation. Though I've never met him, it is reassuring to have a photo so that a homeowner could identify who is providing a service. I have had a couple of occasions to call the office, and each time the ladies were warm and helpful. It is a pleasure to work with people who are honest, dependable, knowledgeable and friendly.
