"A&W representatives were very professional and provided us with a clear explanation of the damage and the options for repair. A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. "This company was very responsive and the repair was done quickly. Very professional."

"From A to Z, Start to Finish (and beyond) this company and the people involved in my roof repair were nothing short of remarkable. Nathan Snyder was my sales rep and was Fantastic. Knowledgeable, kind, considerate, no hard pressure sales. He just simply stated facts easily to understand and was with me by follow up throughout the entire process. He sent a stand in to meet with the Insurance agent who was INCREDIBLE, Dillon. I really liked the was in which he spoke to and treated the insurance agent, very kind and very considerate. They worked in partnership easily. I also has the opportunity to meet the owner of the company this day--how great that he took the time to introduce himself. Dillon and Nathan went way beyond to find just the right type and color roofing that I wanted (not n their books, so they were able to obtain what I wanted) How many company's extend themself in this manner? The day of install was done by a very competent, efficient, and friendly crew--after they left you would never know they had been there, other than the wonderful new roof! (which neighbors have already raved about) Thanks to Blue Ladder Roofing.--I will be telling everybody THIS is the only company you should use."
