"Our experience replacing our homes roof and gutters with Heartland Construction was excellent. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it. "I had new gutters/down spouts/leaf blaster installed on the back and the side of house. Sean is a seasoned pro who does excellent work. He rerouted the new down spouts on the house to get the best flow of water. The wind had pulled the facia board/old gutters out on back corner of house. Sean used wood screws and secured the board back onto the house. He did a great job. I highly recommend this company for gutters or roofing. Wyndhill installed a new roof on our previous home and again did a great job. They take great pride in their work. You will not be disappointed."

I have concrete tiles on my roof and not all roofers are that experienced with that type of tile. John Hackbarth came out the day after I requested a quote and he ended up quoting a fair and reasonable price. I felt confident that he and his crew would be able to do a great job. "We needed an emergency repair on our roof, as we experienced a leak in our master bathroom in the middle of a remodel project that could not be completed until the source of the leak was dealt with. Adam came out the very next day and took detailed pictures of various repairs we need to make, sent us a quote that very day, then J.R., came out 3 days later (only because the next 2 days were snowing and cold again) and performed the most urgent repair that was causing the leak. We are finishing our remodel and will be calling BLU back out to do the rest of the necessary repairs to our roof before the "rainy season" hits. "Highly recommended! We originally hired Independent Restoration Consultants for some minor stucco repairs. The very same day Mike stopped by for an estimate, Denver was hit with a massive hail storm. As an out of state owner we were very concerned with having to manage a roof replacement project from 2000 miles away. Mike was tremendous, he jumped in and offered to help.
