"On the night of 03/03/2025, we had a bit of a windstorm, and apparently, our fence was ready for its own dramatic exit. It blew down, leaving us with a problem to fix ASAP. I jumped on Angi to find someone who could repair the fence, ideally reusing the undamaged parts and keeping costs reasonable. Not long after, the owner and CEO of Eagle Eye Fencing Specialists, Seth Benjamin Rieck, texted me. He was ready to come out right then and there to check out the damage. I was a little shocked but also impressed – talk about dedication! I sent him some pictures of the fallen fence, and he scheduled an appointment for the morning of 03/04/2025. He came by, assessed the damage, and made sure the work was within our budget. Then, he sent out the dream team: Carlos and his son Dorian. These two were like fence repair superheroes. They got straight to work and, somehow, finished the whole thing in one day! Not only did they fix the fence, but they also went above and beyond by straightening up a few of the fencing we had previously patched up (which was, let’s say, a bit “artistic” in its unevenness). I can’t say enough good things about this company. If I could give more than five stars, I would! If you need any fencing repairs or replacements, contact Eagle Eye Fencing Specialists and talk to Seth Benjamin Rieck – he’ll get the job done and probably show up faster than you can say “windstorm.”"

"The owner, Clay Beeson, provided excellent service. He and his crew started my project as promised and completed the job as promised. My new California style chain link fence looks great. His prices are very competitive and his employees were super nice."

Customers say: Quality work

"Did a fantastic job! The strong winds blew over a portion of my fence. I noticed at 5:30 pm. Contacted Romain who was able to come out at 8 am the next day and had it repaired by 11 am. Appreciate his quick turnaround! He left the fence better than it was prior to blowing over."

"I have a 3 feet statue made of recycled parts of a motorcycle that fell down and broke apart. Nathan Schmitz, the owner of Burnt & Stitched Metalworks, responded immediately with an acceptable quote. They arrived on time and looked carefully at the statue that collapsed. They understood how to straighten it, balance it and weld the statue so it will stand straight on a rather narrow base. They work quickly in a very professional way and left the work area clean of every debris. A quality job, well done. I highly recommend this company and its owner Nathan for any metal work you might have."

"I highly recommend Sevelle. We hired him to build a fence to match the style in our neighborhood. His price was extremely fair and the fence turned out exactly like we wanted. He is a hard worker and got the job done within two days."

"I used Valenzuela Fence to prep and re-stain 250 ft of wood fence. Jorge was always communicative, priced reasonably, and did an on-time great job with this project. I recommend and would use Valenzuela Fence again."

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Aurora, CO

Financial responsibility depends on where the fence sits. If it’s clearly inside your lot, you foot the bill. When it’s right on the property line, state laws—California and Illinois are two examples—usually require both neighbors to split repair costs equally unless you agree otherwise. Check your local rules before scheduling work so you know exactly what you’re on the hook for.

Start by walking the fence line and noting every issue—loose boards, leaning posts, cracked panels. Next, gather at least three quotes from licensed contractors, comparing experience, warranties, and costs. Once you pick a pro, they’ll secure materials, reset posts, and fix or replace damaged sections. A thorough inspection and a qualified contractor keep the fence safe and extend its life.

Straightening a leaning fence costs an average of $200 to $400. A fencing pro will assess the damage, reset or replace the posts, and realign the panels so the fence stands upright again. Fixing the lean early on prevents further strain on framing and keeps the structure both sturdy and attractive.
