Mike even took my tenantâ s schedule in mind when planning his time frame. While the dumpster was still on site, Mike let us dispose of construction waste we had gathered up from another project. The entire crew is courteous, trustworthy, professional and capable. I was a Designer at an architectural firm that did historic restoration. I have done many a punch list. "Kevin came to take a look, made some recommendations of what he would do, took some measurements, and said he'd get back to me with a quote. 5 days later, no quote. Called, got no response to my message. 2 days later,called again, got no response to my message. Gave up and started looking esewhere. The day after I posted this review, Kevin emailed me the long awaited quote, which I ultimately accepted. Just a few days before he arrived to do the work, I told him I wanted to increase the square footage of my lawn restoration project, and he agreed. When the day came, he arrived with 3 great workmen, land ripped up my old lawn, tilled it under, added compost and topsoil, and seeded it along with a starter fertilizer and a moisture retaining mulch compound, and reseeded. All the work was done professionally, and in one day for about a 5,000 sq foot lawn. Now , about 10 days later, the lawn is coming in, and the neighbors have commented how good it looks so for. So, for his initial responsiveness, I'll give Kevin a B rating, but for quality of work, it definitely rates an A rating."

"Like clockwork I'd receive a call the night before the application giving me a heads up and asking if I had any questions. The next day they'd show up and get the job done within 30 minutes. The cost is hard to argue with since I'd pay $35-40 if buying the product and then have to remember to do it when I was suppose to, and then actually do it. I plan on continuing with them next year. <br />"

"I  thought the project went well until we had a good rain a few days after the project was finished.  It was then that I noticed at the roof run off drainage pipe that the rain had washed away the mulch and top soil, exposing plant roots in several spots.  I covered the exposed roots with top soil I had on hand and covered the area with the mulch set down by the provider.   <br /> With the settling of the soil/mulch I also noticed 2 places where the crew had nicked the vinyl siding, one large nick and one smaller one.  This was very bothersome because I would have thought that as professionals they would know not to use the weed whacker so close to the house. <br /> The provider was contacted regarding both issues. <br /> The provider sent a crew back to divert the roof run off out beyond the planting bed.  Upon reflection I believe, as a landscaping provider, both of these issues would have been taken into consideration in planning out the project. <br /> In addition, all the dead weeds were left for a while on good grass and later that area died. <br /> Luckily, the nicks in the siding are close to the ground and I can put extra mulch in that area to cover up their mistake. <br /> I did recommend to the provider that in the future his crews pay more attention when using their weed whackers. <br /> <br />"
