He's honest, respectful, fairly priced, very responsive, delivers quality landscaping, and prioritizes customer satisfaction. I had a big landscaping job I wanted done before my housewarming party, essentially converting my entire front yard to gravel and doing a gravel design in the back with pavers. Jorge told me that he could have done by then. At first I was a little skeptical given the amount of work that needed to be done in one week, but his crew came in as promised on Monday and completed it right before my hose warming party. "Perez Construction was very responsive to our needs. We had water line damage from the storm on 2/16/21. A master plumber identified the problem as being the installation of the water lines to the hose bibs being between the house sheathing and the brick facade on 2/20/21. I reached out to home advisors that evening and heard from Raphael Perez immediately. He came to my home the next day and had a person at our home on Monday 2/22/21, By the next day at 9:30 AM they had found the location of all the critical water line locations so the plumber could start the repair work. The person that removed the brick only broke 2 brick in the process. This was critical since the home is 15 years old and finding additional replacement brick in the market was impossible."

The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build. "If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! TLDR; Aaron is the best person I have ever worked with in Austin (and I've done 3 large scale projects with three different, highly recommended, companies in Austin in the last 6 years). I priced out three different landscaping companies (besides the other three I had previously used and didn't care for for various reasons) and Aaron was quick to respond to my inquiry, prompt for all meetings and correspondence and brought amazing, collaborative, beautiful ideas to the table. I came in with a good idea of what I wanted but he helped steer me toward what would work best for our home and aesthetic but was incredibly responsive and flexible if I pushed hard in one direction. He came back very soon with a beautiful digital rendering of the work to be done, and was incredibly helpful when I needed to push our timeline back and break up the work a bit. He showed up every day of the project early and got right to work meticulously working on our yard with his awesome team. The level of detail, measurements, materials and design eye that he approached the project with were so evident. Numerous neighbors walked by all week and would comment in awe at his attention to detail even evident from their "walk by's" during the process, and now, after. He was communicative throughout the whole process, the work is BEAUTIFUL. I am so proud of my house and to see my idea come to life with Aaron's help and design guidance. Don't waste any time, call this person NOW. My only worry is that he will get super super busy soon -- good people are hard to find but when you find em, keep 'em!
