He's honest, respectful, fairly priced, very responsive, delivers quality landscaping, and prioritizes customer satisfaction. I had a big landscaping job I wanted done before my housewarming party, essentially converting my entire front yard to gravel and doing a gravel design in the back with pavers. Jorge told me that he could have done by then. At first I was a little skeptical given the amount of work that needed to be done in one week, but his crew came in as promised on Monday and completed it right before my hose warming party. IT WAS A HIT! Lots of compliments on the landscaping design and turned out to be a great gathering! Also, Jorge's work crew is FANTASTIC! "Perez Construction was very responsive to our needs. We had water line damage from the storm on 2/16/21. A master plumber identified the problem as being the installation of the water lines to the hose bibs being between the house sheathing and the brick facade on 2/20/21. I reached out to home advisors that evening and heard from Raphael Perez immediately. He came to my home the next day and had a person at our home on Monday 2/22/21, By the next day at 9:30 AM they had found the location of all the critical water line locations so the plumber could start the repair work. The person that removed the brick only broke 2 brick in the process. This was critical since the home is 15 years old and finding additional replacement brick in the market was impossible."

"We had an exceptional experience end to end. We surveyed the market and had three different offers, of which System Pavers was the highest. Yet there was a distinctive professional advantage that echoed from day one of our discussion with them. Chris from System Pavers was very detailed about the process, provided full specs, reference addresses to visit as well as some really good consultation. On the other side, the cheaper contractors had by far less references and were not aware of some of the requirements (City permit, for example, was ignored as well as some specific installation materials), needless to say that none offered the 25 years warranty and peace of mind that comes with System Pavers. After thinking about it for a while (And given our experience with "Cheap" contractors that turn out to be very expensive on our previous remodel), we decided to pay more to get more, we clearly made the right choice! Installation was well coordinated, even though we asked to delay it the last minute due to a power shortage, System Pavers still over-delivered on the completion date, having our driveway and walkway ready within four days only. The construction team was very friendly and helpful and did their best to help us going through those few days without a drive way and walkway. Jeff, the project managers was highly involved and kept me in the picture all along even though I was traveling and hard to reach. All in all, I highly recommend System Pavers, you might pay more, yet it will definitely worth it!"

"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! TLDR; Aaron is the best person I have ever worked with in Austin (and I've done 3 large scale projects with three different, highly recommended, companies in Austin in the last 6 years). For this project I priced out three different landscaping companies (besides the other three I had previously used and didn't care for for various reasons) and Aaron was quick to respond to my inquiry, prompt for all meetings and correspondence and brought amazing, collaborative, beautiful ideas to the table. I came in with a good idea of what I wanted but he helped steer me toward what would work best for our home and aesthetic but was incredibly responsive and flexible if I pushed hard in one direction. He came back very soon with a beautiful digital rendering of the work to be done, and was incredibly helpful when I needed to push our timeline back and break up the work a bit. He showed up every day of the project early and got right to work meticulously working on our yard with his awesome team. The level of detail, measurements, high-quality materials and design eye that he approached the project with were evident from the beginning and throughout the project. Numerous neighbors walked by all week and have since told me of their awe at how meticulous they observed his work to be and how beautifully it turned out. Aaron was communicative throughout the whole process, and the work is BEAUTIFUL. I am so proud of my house and to see my idea come to life with Aaron's help and design guidance. Don't waste any time, call him NOW. My only worry is that he will get super super busy soon -- good people are hard to find but when you find em, keep 'em! Can't wait for the next project in the Fall"
