"Sandra was great setting up the entire move, from start to finish. The crew showed up ahead of scheduled time ready to get the job done. They made a plan and was able to get the move done quickly. Would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them! "

"1000% would use this company again to move. These guys were timely with their arrival and efficient with the time we had allotted to us. I moved from the third to first floor and they refused me helping in any way which I tried to insist on! Couldn?t be happier with my experience! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!"

"This was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. The price was unbeatable. The service was amazing. When you think of movers, you don’t think of customer service but Barton Springs is moving is all about customer service. From the first conversation I had with Matthew, he was very professional, very friendly to Dalton and Micah that did the move. Dalton and Micah were very professional, took their time, made sure everything was wrapped and the move went great. They were fast but also very careful with all the belongings. I can’t say enough great things about this moving company. If you’re considering a move, definitely contact them. I will absolutely use them in the future. "

FAQs for in-state moving service projects in Austin, TX

Laws differ from state to state, but the number one rule is that you cannot move a mobile home on your own. You have to hire a licensed mobile home moving company. While each state is different, you’ll also have to research HUD codes, permits, and other laws specific to the area to ensure your move follows all necessary regulations.

Yes, a permit is required to move a mobile home. You must secure permits in the state of origin and in every state through which the mobile home passes. When moving across state boundaries, obtain a permit for each state. Your moving company assists in acquiring all required permits, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations during the entire relocation process.

No, you cannot move a mobile home built before 1976. Mobile homes constructed before 1976 do not meet current safety standards and must not be relocated. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development enforces strict guidelines that prevent moving older models. Verify the build year and comply with all HUD regulations to ensure safety and legal compliance.
