"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. The company canceled my original appointment just three hours before arrival. While inconvenient, I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. During the service visit, they identified mold and recommended additional work to address it. I relied on their expertise and approved all the repairs they recommended. Unfortunately, the work was not performed correctly and resulted in over $1,000 in additional damage that I had to pay to have properly fixed. I requested a refund to cover the damage caused by their mistake and was told a manager would contact me. I never received that call. What concerns me most is not just the initial cancellation or even the improper repair ? mistakes can happen ? but the lack of accountability and follow-through afterward. "This was a 5-star experience all around. The technician was prompt, very courteous and knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. He suggested a fix and the price was appropriate. He already had the parts to fix the fireplace, so the work was completed same-day. He fixed the fireplace, cleaned out the enclosure, vacuumed all the debris from the work, and made sure it worked be4fore leaving. I would hire this company again for other tasks, no problem. "
