"The salesperson from Northwest Fence and Iron was very good and very competent. But I think a lot of it was, it was a busy time of the year. They probably over-committed themselves. The county commission changed their rules about my type of fence right before we did it, so it affected how much we needed and where it would be placed and that kind of thing.
