"From my first contact with Manolo/Iris, they were super responsive from the very beginning when I first reached out for pricing. Their price came in below others although I’ve previously used an individual and not professional company like this. They even followed up the day before the service to confirm. Susana and another nice lady (sorry I can’t remember her name!) arrived right on time at 7:30 AM! They brought all the supplies needed and got started right away. Susana asked me if there were any special details and I told her I needed my couch vacuumed and blinds cleaned. They tackled our entire place in just under three hours and it looks fantastic! Great attention to detail (they brought a step ladder to clean out of reach spots) and they were super friendly and hard working. I paid $150 where I’ve paid $100 with another cleaner but this was for a “deep clean.” My place is very clean except for the cat hair, so I think this was a bit high taking into account how clean my place is but they had no way of knowing that! I’m fine with the price and it was worth it but next time I’lljust get a regular clean. Many thanks!"
