"Paramount Pavers and Construction installed new flagstone granite at the entry of my house. The work entailed demolition of the existing and installation of new granite pavers on walkway and porch. The work was performed in a timely manner and the agreed-upon price. During construction, they kept the site clean and free of excess debris. I recommend this company for your flagstone granite needs. In addition, they installed new concrete at my neighbors property, and the finish of the concrete work was outstanding. The workers were courteous and respectful of me as well as my neighbors."

"Fantastic company and people – and we do recommend them! We selected 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design to do a full re-do of our backyard – part of it was to remove the 20-years patio and renovating the pool and decking. The final results ARE brilliant. The pool was totally re-plumbed, re-plastered and new tile and coping were installed including all the new equipment. The remodeled patio is a stunning textured concrete with brushed ribbons. The flagstone steps and trim match the concrete perfectly. Jacob and his team were very professional and efficient during the entire work. We had significant delays due to Covid19 and few other things, but they kept moving forward on the work. Everything was clean and organized during the remodeling project, and were always on time. We had a couple of additional items that we added to the project as it progressed, and Jacob was prompt with updated estimates. There were no unexpected costs during the project; Jacob's original estimate was very accurate and even identified those items we had to handle separately (e.g., permits). We loved their work so much that we are now having them give us a quote for our front yard hardscape. If you are looking for high quality, professional, timeless workmanship, these are the people you want."

"I usually don't use the cliche "we couldn't be happier," but we really couldn't be happier with our new paver driveway installed by Falkon. We solicited three bids from companies found on Angie's list. One estimate was really high. A second estimate seemed too good (low) to be true. Based on the Angie's List ratings, I expected Falkon to be about halfway between the two, but the Falkon was almost the same as the "too good to be true" estimate. After researching more and viewing the Falkon website which included past project photos, we selected Falkon for the project. Honestly, at first, I thought Val kind of rushed through the estimate/walkthrough, especially when compared to the experience I had with the other two contractors we spoke with. I'm not saying this to complain. I'm bringing this up to suggest that if you have a similar experience/feeling, don't let that scare you away. Val was always responsive to our needs throughout the decision-making process and the actual project. He never blew us off or made us feel like we were bothering him. Besides, what really counted was the execution of the project and the results. Both were outstanding. Val's crew appeared very experienced. They were punctual and professional. The progress they made each day was phenomenal. We have a pretty large driveway - approximately 1200 square feet with some curving on the borders. Day 1 - Demolished and removed/hauled away old asphalt driveway. Graded soil. Day 2 - Placed underlayments and compacted/graded again Day 3 - Placed all pavers - except for border. Day 4 - Placed bordering pavers and cut inner pavers meeting the border. We requested angled pattern requiring more (and angled) cuts. (By the way, we love the angled paver pattern. Worth the extra effort and cost.) Day. 5 - Filled in gaps between pavers. (about half day). Day 6 - Originally planned, but not needed because everything was completed on Day 5. We highly recommend Falkon Construction for any paver project you are considering."

"We were recommended by Gary Hart, Hartscape Company complete landscape construction to contact Andy de young first to design and provide full drawing for our entire new front yard, driveway, waterfalls, lighting, tiered water fall, seating area, specific trees, specific plants, color theme we wanted and specific placement of pillars and our address. We lived here for 31 years and ready to invest in our front yard to enjoy for many years to come. So we called Andy. Andy arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and professional. We shared with him the life style of entertaining, friendly, colorful, seating, meeting many families in our front yard and wanted it inviting and welcoming, he asked questions, took photos, and said it would take about 2 two weeks to have the design prepared. To our surprise, Andy call within one week and came back to meet with us and sit down together and go over the entire design and explain everything to us. Andy drew up a very creative design that addressed all of our needs in a design we could never have conceived by ourselves. He then drew it to scale and labelled everything. I made some changes whle we were together and he went back to his home office to make the changes and sent us a copy email the next day. I called Andy and he returned my call. I asked him if he could print out two copies of the updated design to keep and share with our family and neighbors. Andy stopped by our house two days later to deliver us two updated copies. Great service and always on time and such a professional. It was worth the investment for us. We sent the design to our landscaper Gary Hart. I have also heard from many neighbors, friends that his designs were among the best and they hoped they could be the ones to bring them to life. The bottom line is this: Andy is extremely talented. He does exactly what is expected with a creative flair that is unique. He is easy to work with, likable, and 100% professional."

"Efrain came several times to the property so we could discuss design aspects. He was so patient with me as well as the changes I made each time before I got a quote and he started work. We had a difficult area to have work done in Venice being in the middle of the block and our back alley too small for a standard construction truck to fit. Efrain investigated and figured out the best way to get the excavated soil out as well as the pavers and road base onto the property. Efrain is a man of great character. Once work began, he and his staff were incredibly respectful of our tenants, the property, and our neighbors. He was an artist in several areas, he leveled each and every paver by hand as well as used his expertise in concrete to direct areas for water to drain from the property during rainfall. When I decided to do change orders, he didn’t take that opportunity to charge me a vast amount of money because he knew I had no choice if I wanted the work done. "A Pete's Concrete They removed and replace concrete in driveway and concrete on area next to garage. I give them all A's. They were timely, professional, and affordable. Feb.9,2019, Pete came to my home and looked at what i wanted and gave me an estimate. Additionally, he made a great suggestion to concrete the soil area next to the side of the garage. That idea was helpful because I had to go onto the dirt/mud to move trash cans. On Monday, 2/11/2019 Pete and 4 men arrived at 6:45 am. They removed trees next to garage, concrete in front of garage and roots that were under concrete. He removed 3 broken parts of sidewalk; re bars had been placed in all the repaired areas; broken concrete had been placed in a truck with trailer to be hauled away the following day. The job was meticulously cleaned. Pete and his team left at 4 pm. 2/12/2019 Pete and team arrived at 6:45 am; the concrete carrier left; the concrete mixing truck arrived and the cement was poured. Pete's team smoothed the concrete; unfortunately, when they were almost finished, a man walked on to the wet cement …leaving shoe prints. The men tried to explain the mishap. Eventually, the man apologized and offered to pay Pete. Pete did not charge the trespasser. I knew that Pete was hardworking, knowledgeable, organized, and had a hardworking team and other support persons, and his price was fair. What I learned was that Pete when rattled, remains calm, focused on project, and moves forward. In this case, Pete, himself re smoothed the concrete getting rid of the shoe prints. The site was cleaned and all barriers were placed around the site. Pete and his team left at 5 pm. Pete knows his work; has a skilled team that has worked together for many years and has the necessary tools and resources to get a job done."
