"It took me a long time to find a cleaning company that I could trust.  I've used Marianna's for a couple months now.  I first used them for a deep cleaning, then hired them to come in bi-weekly at $100 maintenance each time they came out.  I have a 1950s small 3 bedroom 1600 sq ft house.  I believe the price is very reasonable for the detailed work they do.  They thoroughly clean all the rooms, bathrooms, puts away dishes from dishwasher, and make all the beds.  I was very surprised on one occassion, when they must of had extra time.  I have one cupboard that is a pile of tupperware.  I cram these containers in.  I opened the door and actually thought that someone had stolen my containers.  Turns out everything was just neatly stacked and organized and I had room to spare.  They fold my my tissues/toilet paper, make the beds perfectly... they just do extra little things I didn't expect.  If they keep up the great work, I would use them indefinitely.

"I have never seen a two-women housecleaning team work so hard and accomplish so much.  They were on the floor cleaning; they were on a ladder cleaning; they cleaned the frig; were going to clean the inside of curio cupboards (but I do like doing that); windows sparkle; they moved furniture to get to the areas where dog hair hides (I have two BIG dogs).  Floors, tile, are clean; fingerprints have been removed from door jambs; they cleaned all interior doors...so nice.  OOPs, I just notice that they didn't clean the posters on my 4-poster bed; but hey, the ceiling fans are clean; the kitchen display shelves are clean.

 I previously had one house cleaner who would come and spend a LONG time here -and simply because there was a lot that needed doing, it just wasn't an efficient use of time or effort.  One person (or even two) simply can't do what the 3 person team of G & J can do.   They are thorough, fast working and attentive to what my personal cleaning needs are.  For example, my old cleaners didn't feel comfortable hanging up clothes and returning various items to their presumed rightful place.  The old cleaners wouldn't throw away an empty shampoo bottle that was in the shower, etc - for fear that it would be wrong.  I told Rosember (the young guy who is G & J's company founder) that I had no problem with guesses being made in this area, and my house has felt a lot more orderly ever since.  This is just my personal preference however.  Otherwise I think nothing would leave the room it was in.  
They do floors, change sheets, clean all countertops and surfaces and dust.  I am sure there are many other things, but I'm often away when they work so I'm not sure.  I am definitely happy with the service so far.
