His five-man team worked very efficiently and were very experienced with tree positioning and cutting, considering that these trees were located adjacent to electrical lines and other lines running to the house. However, I was very disappointed by the accidental damage of the water pipe that cut off the water supply to the house during stump grinding—damage which was not covered per the terms of the contract."

They were receptive to my ideas and put extra time into a difficult aspects of the project to achieve exactly what I wanted. Cesar also came up with ideas on how to drain rain water away through the curb, make the drain holes and pipes inconspicuous and seal/protect the curb color.
