Randy called and showed up for the appointment and gave me a proposal on the spot, I'm sure that those other contractors work is no better than their customer service."

"He was great!  I called him in the evening and he arrived early the next morning so we could get the car out of the garage.  He fixed the spring temporarily so we use the door until he received the replacement spring.  He arrived back the next day with the new spring, installed it, lubricated it and showed us how to lubricate in the future.  He also repaired part of the rubber that was dislodged at the bottom of the door.  He was exceptionally knowledgeable and nice to work with.  He even provided dog biscuits for my two dogs.  I will certainly use him in the future.

A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. They took great measure to ensure that the driveway was clean of debris and protected the house, garage and patio from splatter from the spray. It looked like a brand new driveway.
