"Randy from R & R Masonry and his crew did an excellent job. I had water leaking into the basement. They dug down outside and found two small holes which they patched and put waterproof concrete along the whole side wall and installed a drainage pipe to keep water away from the basement wall. They put sealer around flashing of the windows. I also had them replace the step at the back door which had patio steps that kept coming loose. They put one concrete step and I had them install a railing too. I also had them repair the concrete wall of the bilco door too. They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them."

Will have them back to do some more masonry work and have them replace more. George, who estimated the job was the only person to get up on the roof and look at the chimney. All others stood on the ground to give an estimate. George was fair and accurate and gave a very fair estimate. Others wanted to tear down to roof and replace and one wanted to replace the whole chimney. Had 5 estimates and really appreciated the honesty and integrity of Bill Miles company."

The contractor went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. They even placed a decorative stamped concrete medallion pattern, which we requested, in the middle of our new walkway. The estimate was reasonable and he adapted when I asked for some small changes along the way. He arrived at a reasonable hour and worked continually while he was here, typically a full day, but this varied depending on what was being done at the time. As to the finished result...I love it. It is exactly what I wanted and I am really glad he suggested the vinyl because I do not want to deal with painting and staining the supports and rails in the future. The detail work is very good. He also cleaned up thoroughly every day before he left. I would hire Keith again for work we may need in the future."
