The estimate was reasonable and he adapted when I asked for some small changes along the way. He arrived at a reasonable hour and worked continually while he was here, typically a full day, but this varied depending on what was being done at the time. As to the finished result...I love it. It is exactly what I wanted and I am really glad he suggested the vinyl because I do not want to deal with painting and staining the supports and rails in the future. The detail work is very good.
