The salesman, Bill, gave me a rough estimate over the phone. Surprisingly, there were no hidden costs. I ended up paying what I was quoted. I was told I would get them installed in about 12 weeks. They actually installed them in about 8 weeks, ahead of schedule. The install guys showed up on time, did the job in the time they said they would and were respectful of my home. They cleaned up everything before they left.

I am very happy with the whole process and product. They look great and drastically improve the look of my home, inside and out. I had a particular problem with my old windows which were very poorly finished and were drafty. The installers caulked the gaps, filled in the drafty areas and professionally finished around each window. We are happy and much warmer.

Time will tell whether they leak or if the warranty is honored. I will be back on Angie's List if anything changes!
