"Used this service through the summer for basic mowing on my yard.  I'll start with the good first.  They definitely made sure that my lawn was mowed once a week.  Now on to the rest.  Asked multiple times to have the crew raise the mower blades so that they weren't cutting my grass so short & to stop edging to the ground around the house & other obstacles.  The mowing issue was that they were cutting the grass so short that it was dying & turning brown.  The trimming was even more destructive.  Basically, they trimmed all the way to the ground so every object they trimmed around now has a ring of dirt instead of grass,  I called & spoke to the owner about this & he said he would speak to the crew to remedy the situation.  Next week, same crew, same results.  Contacted owner again.  Was told that he would address it with the crew again.  Next week, same crew, same results.  
Definitely do not recommend for any lawn service from this company as they have made a wreck of my yard.

"I contacted Paul via e-mail and he responded promptly. He came out, gave me an estimate and asked if there was a way to get a wider mower bed (60") into the back yard through the fence. I moved the fence and he and his crew brought a mower/thatcher with a bin on the back - they blew the leaves into the yard, then mowed, then thatched the yard. I told them they could mulch the beds with the munched leaves, and they did. There is no way my husband and I alone could do that nice of a job in any less than 10 hours of work - we normally take out 50+ bags of leaves to the street. By mulching the leaves, we saved on leaf bags and did not send anything to the landfill. Our plants will thank us in the spring. It was a wonderful experience."

They provide maintenance for my lawn, the combination of products they use is just perfect for my lawn, my grass is green, healthy and free of weeds. The technician is courteous and professional, he takes the time to put his machine through the small gate in the fenced backyard. He hasn't hit it once. Kudos for a great maneuvering skills. 2. Last year, I met with Cameron, and we talked about outdoor lighting. He recommended a set of Bluetooth color changing lights. As you can see from the pictures, you can seamlessly change the lighting colors from your phone. There is a huge array of colors, with the option of alternating the scene with up to three different colors. The installation was quick and efficient and the product worked right away. They have a very good warranty and don't consume a lot of energy. The price was reasonable and scheduling was very quick, even in the middle of January. 3. This spring, they mulched and cleaned my mulch beds for the first time ever, I have always done this myself thinking I can cut costs. It is totally worth it to let professionals do this. As you can see from the pictures, the level of detail in every mulch bed is something I can't achieve. They also buried the downspouts, this helps tremendously to control water from coming in the basement. This was done two weeks ago, and you can't notice the cuts in the grass anymore. The price was reasonable, and the work was done very well. Overall, I give Start to Finish a 5 out of 5 in every aspect of their work. Crew showed up exactly when he said they would and finished on time. They cleaned up well and hauled off all debris. Very happy with the final outcome and will be hiring again to complete border around a new privacy fence."
