"First, they did not arrive when they werr supposed to or even call and then arrive an hour late. Then myself and my family had everything packed and ready but a fee cabinets in the kitchen. We stayed at the home we were moving from until 2:13. I then asked if they were good with us leaving and the driver stated yes that they would be two hours behind us. At 6:17 i called the driver in which he stated they had just left. Four hours after i left and they had three pieces of furniture left. I then tried to call again an hour later and his phone was off. The driver kept his pgone off with my items and was just gone until he showed up at 8:43. My daughter and i then went out and jokingly said what did you do take the long way. The driver then said yes and laughed and then went to the bathroom where he satayed for a half hour. The other gentleman was very courteous and hurried to bring items in.
