"The office/scheduler and the tech that did the work were friendly and very professional. No complaints about the staff or promptness of the service. However I found the actual cleaning service less that stellar. Usually when I get my carpets cleaned they are gleaming after but after this service they almost look dirtier than before. I don t think the solution is as strong as the other carpet cleaners I ve used before. I won t be using this company in the future. I now must spend double to have another cleanser come do them again."

"The service people showed up on time and did a great job. They kept to their quoted price of $99 for the carpet cleaning and $40 or so (can't remember exactly) for the chairs. They got all the dirt out of the carpet, and left no lint or soap residue. The chairs came out looking so nice that we decided we didn't have to replace them after all! <br /> Based on the quality of the work done, coupled with the reasonable price, I am going to recommend to our condo association that we hire T.L. Rooney to clean all the carpets in our five story building later this year.
