"Confident Coatings & Exteriors was a great company to work with. You will not regret it. We mainly dealt with Bart (one of the owners with his brother Patrick), who provided a good education of what Stucco Repair would entail. We chose the repair involving Seal Crete and Elastomeric coating (10 times the thickness of paint per Internet research) vs the patchwork repair of the traditional concrete stucco patches. Our stucco house is 20 years old and we could see cracks forming where water seepage would occur and other areas where the stucco was already flaking off due the freezing and thawing climate where we live. Bart also accommodated a 2nd free visit to further review their process after I got further information from 3 other stucco repair bids. In the end we chose the repair involving Seal Crete and Elastomeric coating. The house looks brand new and the stucco is now sealed from water seepage with the Seal Crete and Elastomeric stucco coating and 50 year caulk sealant where needed. Confident Coatings provides a 10 year warranty which no other contractor offered. Bart's responsiveness via text messaging and phone calls was always quick, clear, and professional. The crew's foreman (Carlos) who had been with Bart for 20+ years was likewise professional and bent over backwards to ensure all of our questions and needs were satisfied. I've dealt with landscaper contractors, septic field contractors, deck repair/rebuild contractors, fence & gate contractors, and furnace repair contractors. Bart and his crew with Confident Coatings was easily head and shoulders above any of them in all aspects of quality, value, professionalism, responsiveness, and timeliness. Henceforth for us, there is very little need to get other bids for the other services Confident Coatings offers (interior & exterior painting, etc). "One of the most professional companies I have ever worked with period! From Dean and Mike all the way through the office and crew. Due to the time of year we booked several weeks in advance. The office confirmed the appointment in advance and the crew showed up on time. Not just a couple of guys with shovels but a full crew with all the equipment. The quality of matches they did not cut any corners. The mulch and rock are very deep. Each night they left the site clean and when finished even graded and seeded the open area used to access the yard. Our backyard is very visible and we have gotten many compliments from people in the neighborhood. The installation was scheduled to start soon after the design was finished, and was completed quickly. There were a few minor issues with the installation, which were corrected quickly to my satisfaction. Overall Timberline did a great job and was a pleasure to work with."

"To be fair, the yard needed significant work after 12 years of semi-neglect. We had a hard time agreeing on the work despite walking my property 3 times. Original bid request was done the middle of April and revised the end of April. Work began in mid-May, with a requested completion date of May 30 due to us needing to move our dogs out before the rear grass was repaired. Work was finally completed on June 6. <br /> There were serious communication issues throughout the project. I felt as though my project wasn't "big" enough to garner the attention it needed. At one point, I was told the work was complete despite the fact that the front rock bed had not been touched. Eric Cano finally went out and looked at his employee's work and agreed to do the job correctly. Eric is friendly and helpful, but I just felt we were unable to agree on this job. <br /> In several conversations, Eric Cano stated that the delays and miscommunications were because my husband and I had different ideas on what was needed and he didn't want to come between us. I felt this was not professional and really just an excuse for only giving half an effort to our project. <br /> It was hard finding any landscaper to do this clean up work. After finishing this project ourselves, including repairing the damaged caused by dragging wheelbarrows over the front lawn and weeding the rest of the rock beds, I advise people to just hire the neighborhood kids and supervise them. It would probably be less stressful. <br />"

"Mark Weidner was a pleasure to work with in all areas of the job.  He started by providing color charts and in fact, it was his suggested color scheme that we ended up choosing.  His recommendation from his years of experience, turned out to be much better than the other possible color schemes we had picked out based on the little sample sheets.  He looked at the shingles and brickwork and gave suggestions based on exposed areas and what colors would have the best curb appeal.  We have received many compliments from neighbors on the color choice.  Mark and his workers were very professional, prompt and courteous during the job.  He made sure the job was perfect and when something didn't look right to him, he made sure it was redone to meet his very high standards.  Knowing we were also having new windows installed, but wanting to get the job finished before his vacation, he wrote it into the contract that he would return to do any touch up work after his vacation once the windows were installed.  He kept that promise and returned and made sure everything was complete and again to his standard, before letting me know the job was finished.  As far as additional scheduling, I had some other contractors working on concrete and a patio enclosure and he made sure he worked with the other contractors to ensure he wouldn't interfere with their work.  When he noticed that concrete was splashed on his fresh paint job from another contractor, he dealt directly with the contractor, and then repainted the splashed areas without getting me involved.  We also have dogs and he let us know his schedule so that we could make sure the dogs were inside when the gate was open to the backyard.  Overall, Mark receives an A+ in my book and I would highly recommend him. <br />"
