"Professional, answered my call on second ring, installed my Generac generator next day. Had it all up and running very quickly. Great organization! Trustworthy, Professional, and Expedient."

"It is always my pleasure to work with Big Frog Electric. I am a frequent client, and I have a long list of improvements that BFE has helped me with through the years. I am their biggest fan because they are solid and reliable with reasonable prices. The replacement of the breaker panel a few years back took care of all my concerns, then the lights and outlets you guys installed in my crawlspace were a success, and the recessed light in the kitchen ... a beautiful addition. I wanted to write this as a thank you note for all the help. I happily recommend you ..."

"Kyle was prompt, courteous, and communicative. I received a call from him about an hour before he was due to arrive, he showed up on time, and explained everything he needed to do while he was here. He repaired a wiring problem in my kitchen that had knocked out my garbage disposal and one of the GFCI outlets, replaced my smoke detectors (I had no clue they were only supposed to be good for 10 years; I've been in the house 18 years and had never replaced them) with combination smoke/CO detectors, and replaced the ceiling fixture in the kitchen. He then did an inspection of the breaker box and made some changes there to bring it up to current code and offered to install a full house surge protector (which I had him do as well). I was nervous about having an outsider in the house since I'm in a higher risk bracket for COVID, but Kyle kept his mask on properly and maintained distance while in the house, and the surfaces he touched were easily sanitized afterwards."

"Excellent communication with service representative. The representative "Garry", was very clear and informative during the work process. In the future I will definitely call Sparky again for my electrical repairs."

"Isaac and Armando did a great job. Everything from scheduling, to dispatch, to repair was handled professionally and promptly."

"Benjamin was an excellent electrician. He performed all repairs I needed on a timely and efficient basis. He went out if his way to be helpful and let me know what was most beneficial for my particular situation."

"I highly recommend Lightning Bug Electric! The technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the process. I was so impressed with their work that I’m hiring them again for another project. I’ve found my go-to electrician!"

"I've had 3 electricians look at the problem and stay an hour trying to figure out how to fix it. One of them even started the work then couldn't finish. Clifton called me within 20 minutes of requesting a quote, came out to give an estimate within the hour and Figured out a solution within 10 minutes! He came back the next day and fixed the problem! His work is clean and communication clear and prices very reasonable. He definitely knows what he's doing!"
