When the weather permitted, a two man crew arrived and I showed them the new fans and explained about the built-in thermostat/humidsat attached to the top mounted solar panel. The fans were on my back porch and as soon as we moved them in the sunlight, the motors started running! And absloutely no noise. <br /> Prior to securing the fans to the roof, the thermosta/humidstat had to be lowered below each fan for proper operation.
