"The employee that came to my home did an excellent job and I have no problems with him and would have him out anytime. My issue is with scheduling. They told me when I made my appointment over the phone that someone would be out to my house between 2pm and 4pm. The day before the visit, I received a text saying that someone would be at my home between 2pm and 4pm. At 12:50pm I hopped in the shower to get ready. After I'm done getting ready, I see that there's a voicemail on my cellphone. I listen to the voicemail and a gentleman says, hi this is Loren. You are on my schedule for 1pm for some repairs in your home and I'm ringing the doorbell and no one is answering. At this point it's 1:20pm. So Loren has now left. I called My Handyman back to ask what was going on. They said Loren will call you right back. 30 mins goes by and nothing. I called My Handyman back again and the representative says he's headed back to your house to be there at 2pm. I said to the guy on the phone, I though you told me he was going to call me back and I was waiting for the call getting worried. Loren showed up at 2pm and he showed me where it said on his tablet that I was scheduled for 1pm. I don't understand how you can tell the client 2pm to 4pm but tell the employee 1pm. They need to get their scheduler fixed because I almost missed my appointment. If you tell the client 2pm to 4pm then you have to stick to that, or you tell the client there is a possibility that he could arrive up to an hour earlier. Luckily I was just at home in the shower and I hadn't driven a ways away."

"My chimney crown was deteriated and needed to be replaced. I called a few companies and either they had high minimums or could not give an estimate for 4 weeks. I contacted Easy Home Improvement via their website and Gasper was out in two days to give me an estimate. He was professional and did not try to upsell me for anything. Gave me a written estimate/contract electronically which I signed that day. The team came out and did the job. They were very professional and took great care to not damage my property (e.g., tarps, hose off roof, not clean mortar bucket in lawn, etc) and cleaned up after. I was given an electronic paid receipt and pictures of the finished job as I have a two story house. Not sure how long the crown will last but I would reccomend this company to my friends."

"I cannot say enough good things about Steve and Hilary of Superior Construction. Our primary en-suite bathroom was built in 2002 when our home was constructed and it was big and spacious, but I had so many complaints. The biggest were that I was always cold in the tiny shower because it opened up into a cathedral ceiling and the hot escapes away. It was also carpeted and just…ick. The vanity was a waste of space the way it was designed, and yet the linen closet was huge. So I was referred to Superior Construction and I pretty much said “I don’t want to be cold, I don’t like the wasted space, and I don’t like the carpet. But other than that I have no idea what I want it to look like. Help!” Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and worked with me on the proper functions of what I needed and how to best make it work, and Hilary came in and helped design it to my taste and I got function and beauty. My bathroom is now my oasis…my happy place. I have an AMAZING large shower with a rainwater shower head and dimmable lights, tall glass and built down ceiling. I’m never cold and it’s perfect relaxation, especially when I have migraines. My soaking tub is huge and exactly what I needed. I have gorgeous tile work on the floor and walls. Steve did a fantastic job with the herringbone pattern tiles (but I’m sorry I picked it because dang that was a lot of work for him! Not sorry for how awesome it looks!) and everything is so clean and neat and aligned. And then there’s my vanity. He custom built a 116 inch wood vanity with the cabinet doors being from the whole piece of wood so the grain flows throughout—I didn’t want any grooves or pattern and I wanted the thinnest handles so no distractions from the the wood and it looks like a showpiece. My husband’s favorite parts are the little finishing touches like the magnetic door stopper and the cool air vent…simple things that Steve found that just really add to finishing of the bathroom. I also have radiant floor heating now, throughout the bathroom floor and shower and it was really cool to see that put in. Steve never skipped a step from leveling the floor first to the wire path to…well everything. It’s fantastic and sleek and sharp. At the last minute, my shelf from Etsy fell through and Hilary was ON IT! She found a perfect alternative and even painted it herself. Side note from the work, Steve spent a lot of time at our house working on the bathroom and my kids just adored him and thought the boxes from the all big things were presents for them. Kids always know who the good people are and they could tell that Steve and Hilary were good people. I love my bathroom and I love the work they did and I will continue to recommend Superior Construction whenever I can!"
