"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

On the day of our foundation lift and additional pier/pylon installation, the engineering/construction team were also efficient, professional, and did a great job! We had quite a few large holes that needed to be dug, and the team returned each to a before dig state, prior to leaving. In the post procedure follow-up foundation survey conducted, our foundation leveling was positioned perfectly to prevent any future issues.
