Ivan came back and did a series of smaller projects for me including : pouring a concrete foundation for part of my patio, painting and repairing holes after electrical work, putting in new 220 electrical outlets, putting in combo washer and dryer and new electric stove,changing a hanging chandelier for a flush mounted light fixture,sliding glass door installation, and installing a new electrical panel. "I wanted the thermostat for my central air conditioner replaced with a "smart" wifi thermostat that I had purchased. Also there were a few minor things I wanted done as well. The existing thermostat only ran on AA batteries and there was no power wire to connect to the thermostat where the thermostat that was to be installed. John went up in the attic where the air conditioner was and re-did the wiring there so that a power wire was available at the thermostat location. He and his assistant then replaced a light switch in the kitchen and rewired a faulty light fixture in the basement. Everything went beautifully. I have used John several times and I am always impressed with his knowledge and the solutions he always comes up with. Truly a can do guy!"
