"Amazing service and honest workers, also the finishing result is unbelievable! I have been using their service since I moved to Brooklyn in 2015. They are my go-person when I need to fix my house. Strong recommend!"

"This was our second time working with Clear River Environmental. They installed our new septic tank and leaching pool over a year ago for $7200. I was hesitant to use them again due to their lack of communication with regards to follow-up documents which were required by the Health Department. They attributed their lack of sending me the "as-builts" and other required certifications to having switched over their computers to a new system. Nevertheless, the issue was eventually resolved after numerous calls to their office. Fast forward to 11/19/20....I called them to install a future expansion pool which was required by the Health Department. I figured that they were at least familiar with the property and I had no complaints with the actual install from last time. Long story short...they cut through a gas line to our pool which necessitated a call to National Grid. They also destroyed large branches from a tree, a large portion of recently installed sod, as well as pavers and the curb cutout. Granted all of this damage is listed on their disclaimer, however I was a bit dismayed when they refused to compensate me for any of the bill that was required to do repair work. I understand that the owner is responsible for informing the seller of "underground perils," however I would also expect the professionals to ask the right questions before beginning a job. I would also expect professionals to consider something more than just the "repeat customer" discount to alleviate the buyer from some of the expense and stress caused by the damage of the gas line. This second job cost $5,300. Total money paid to Clear River Environmental = $12,500 . The repair to gas line cost me $900 . The pavers and curb have yet to be repaired."

"Thought the tech was polite and kind, as was the secretary and office manager. Dolan did not do the job we asked the company to do. After 4 hours and $835 dollars later, it stilled looked like this: After calling and speaking to a supervisor, I felt very upset that I was spoken as though I was a dumb female that didn't know what I was taking about and that in fact my system was cleaned. You be the judge. Picture is after tech left. He didn't have the beads needed to replace so he left as is to come back another day for more money."

"We now have a third beautiful new closet designed and built by Jim Hennig and his team at Hennig Woodworking!! Jim is that rare individual who is truly nice, communicative, creative, reasonably priced and a meticulous master craftsman. Three years ago, Jim designed and built 2 closets and a built-in bookcase for us. We were so happy with that work that we didn’t consider anyone else to design and build our new closet. This project from beginning to end was perfect. He started and finished when he said he would and cleaned up as he worked. Just a great experience - We highly recommend Jim if you are considering any woodworking project. Many thanks to Jim!"
